I spent a good amount of time looking through the website before calling and speaking to Henry. We had a chat about the course, what it offered and the different options that were available. 

I booked onto the 4 day intensive course with the 1 day theory course added on, and from day one I knew I’d made the right decision. Henry and his team were very welcoming and accommodating to everybody on the course. Over the week Henry taught us all we needed to start our careers in tiling. The way he taught each aspect of the course was really easy to follow along with and there was plenty of time to ask questions. Henry and his team would always be on hand to give you some extra help if needed. By the end of the week I felt I had learnt enough to take my training out to the real world.

I could not recommend this course enough. Expertly run and the knowledge you will gain in a short space of time is quite impressive and really does give you the fundamentals to go out by yourself and start a career as a tiler. 

I first did my own kitchen tiling to gain a little bit of experience and confidence, and it went well. After that I started quoting for some work and taking on small jobs. Initially I would refer back to the tiling manual Henry gave me constantly. It was so helpful to refresh my mind and confirm I was doing things correctly.  I wanted to take my time and progress slowly as I wanted to build a good reputation as well as not overwhelm myself with projects that were too far out of my capabilities.

I’m 3 years in now and will take on most projects. There is still a lot to learn but I would not be where I am today without the help and guidance of Henry and his team at Expert Tiling Courses UK.
